Based on the Ipswich Torc, this Celtic Torc weighs 18.5 oz, 572 gms.  It is about 1 3/8" inches at the end and about 18 1/2" in total length.  I am wearing the torc in the last picture and I have about a 17" neck.  The torc can be slightly bent to fit your neck and it may be possible to cast one to your own size!  The torc ends are available as a pair where you can add your own wire.
