Saxon Rectangular Bow Brooch - TB03

This Anglo-Saxon bow brooch is based on a 6th Century piece found in Cambridgeshire, England. Bow brooches were worn by Germanic peoples like the Goths, Franks, Anglo-Saxons and Vikings and were influenced by late Roman fibulae brooches.

Cast in bronze, this piece is also available with a silver-plated or blackened silver-plated finish. This brooch has a steel pin for strength.
