Saxon Long Dragon Bow Brooch - TB16

This long Saxon bow brooch features a dragon's snout design. Bow brooches were worn by Germanic peoples like the Goths, Franks, Anglo-Saxons and Vikings and were influenced by late Roman fibulae brooches.

Cast in bronze, this piece is also available with a silver-plated or blackened silver-plated finish. This brooch has a steel pin for strength.

Long, measures 4-5/8" (10.8 cm) in length.
